Job Description:
Plan & implement L&D initiatives at HO & for plants across locations including change management, diversity, team building, work/life balance, conflict resolution etc
Formulate policy, identify training gaps & develop content for programs
Design & implement annual Training Calendar to enhance operational efficiency of the team
Analyze impact of training, conduct monthly training audits at locations to assess training quality & effectiveness
Work closely with Business Heads to enhance productivity, attrition analysis, goal setting, PMS etc- through Employee Engagement
Find vendors for in-plant training, technical & soft skills training, monitor training results
Strong personality to build L&D with a structured & systematic process
Individual contributor with great initiative, be the Single Point of Contact, good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
MBA, 10-15 years experience, 34-38 years of age
