Senior Manager - Learning & Development - eCommerce

We are hiring for the role of Sr. Manager - Learning & Development with E-commerce Industry.

Job Role :

- Lead resource who will help define, build, and deliver with implementation a learning & development strategy for our team and support our content policy function.

- The role also requires you to lead the strategy and implementation of the creation of our training modalities to successfully train our team in both an in person and virtual environment.

- The person will curate, create, and continuously improve learning content using an array of creative approaches that inspire and engage learners to drive operational excellence and career/workforce progression.

- Require experimentation and adoption of new modalities/medias to improve adult learning for both operational process improvement.
