Senior Manager - Learning & Development (Content Developer) Responsibilities:- - Creator/Custodian of all learning material deployed - Lead the content development team and ensure alignment of training content in line with training strategy/business objectives - To play the role of master trainer, develop coach and mentor entire delivery team comprising of Training Manager(s) - Ensure a healthy mix of DIGICAL Content and deployment methodologies without compromising the effectiveness of the training solution - Ensure a holistic mix of current and future training platforms and technologies available - To create Training Content (Classroom & Digital) for Retail, Non-Retail, Corporate & Support Functions based on approved training strategy. - Ensure rigorous TTT to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery - Ensure continuous improvement of content basis feedback - To assist in setting up, implement and monitor relevant measures for measuring the effectiveness of the pieces of training rolled out across Retail, Non-Retail, Corporate and Support functions - Overall lead the team comprising of LMS, Content Development and Digital Learning - To source, evaluate, co-create and recommend modules from external vendors as appropriate and basis the need - Ensure accuracy of information and data in training content - Calibrate training impact for select L&D interventions - Disseminate faster module delivery and execution, cost-effectiveness, helps in adopting and adapting the next and best practices
