- To develop & execute Talent and Learning & Development strategy that is in line with business strategy (overall for business unit level) & to contribute in organizational performance.
- Diagnose the organizational requirements for talent management and Capacity building to support organizational life stage needs to drive high performance and productivity
- Spearheading design, development, roll-out of various L&D initiatives such as :
Lead Talent & Leadership initiatives :
- Design and Execute Talent management strategies at Organizational & Business level unit.
- Career pathing & succession planning frameworks and system (Example : Career paths for a function to be maintained / updated with inputs from HRBP to take care of structural or role changes).
- Lead succession planning, management and development for Critical roles and Young Hi Potentials.
- Review the effectiveness of existing TMD systems and processes and continuously improvise.
- Advice talent development interventions to meet the talent gaps (Example: Common themes emerging from Talent Councils).
- Drive the usage of digital systems and technology for L&D.
- Lead mission critical talent projects identified on the basis of priorities.
- Design Technical Competency framework in line with the Business roles.
- Finalization of the concept, defining business and level-wise coverage, learning areas/ program types, provide for implementation of the Group Learning model , Culture Building initiatives etc.
