Also Candidates giving HR training may ignore this mail.Job role :- Design, develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of state-of-the-art learning and development, customer service, sales training and coaching programs.
- Handling third part contact centers.
- Design and deliver, both in house and with expert third parties, solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, experiential learning, distance learning and online learning.
- Develop and manage a training budget
- Create and design the training vision to integrate business strategy to individual performance.
