Job Description

Our client seeks a Learning & Development Senior Manager/ Manager based near our Mumbai when we return (working virtually to start). The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and grow in this role as we continue to invest in our Learning and Development programs. They will be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who thinks strategically, adapts quickly, and rapidly earns credibility and trust with all levels of our firm. As a solid talent development professional, they will exhibit great communication & planning skills, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and facilitating learning & development programs for employees across the Firm, with a specific focus on India colleagues.

- Work closely with various leaders across the organization having a full understanding of their departments training requirements

- Schedule training programs and ensure training timelines are followed as planned

- Determine, gather, draw insight from and present appropriate learning metrics

- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

- Manage learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions, including coordinating training dates and nominations

- Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators

- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and maintain content for, curriculum, program or course including all documents required for granting CPE, learner and facilitator information

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders relevant for courses and client group, to enable successful deployment

- Support the onboarding of new employees

- Virtual Facilitator/producer

- Idea generation and rollout of networking elements within programs and courses

- Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function

Basic qualifications for the opportunity :

- You preferably have an MBA in Human Resources or a Masters qualification in a related field,

- You have 7 - 12 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably with some of the experience at a Financial Services Firm or at Knowledge Process Outsourcing organization and have worked with stakeholders in the US and in India
