JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Monitoring Effectiveness of Trainings

- Design and development of Training Programs in alignment with business requirements

- Engagement with internal and external Learning Partners

- Enabling the deployment of Automated Learning Management System

- Manage Functional and behavioral training for both classroom and digital platform.
