Senior Manager - Mortgage & Insurance

Business skills :

- An in depth understanding of the mortgage value chain, different functions, how processes upstream and downstream are aligned.

- Expertise in either origination/servicing/special servicing is required. For the rest of the areas, a strong understanding is required

- Need to be able to dispassionately evaluate processes, functions, market and fitment of our tools and solutions

- Need to be aware of industry level changes and evolutions happening and understand the impact on clients (current and potential) and ourselves

- Needs to have experience in solution design, project management and a consulting approach

- Ability to undertake industry research, bench-marking analysis

- Understand the trends and be able to build POV in chosen areas

- Have experience in process mapping/design and identifying improvement opportunities

- Have experience in leading / participating transformation programs

- Service delivery experience is a definite plus

- Some industry certifications preferred

Key competencies :

- We would need profiles with Insurance domain/ Business Process + Practitioner knowledge of Lean/Re-engineering/Transformation.
