Senior Manager of Leadership hiring will partner with managers and team members to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and to deliver the best talent. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships along with developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in the organization.

Key Deliverable:

- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for Leadership Corporate and HO based roles.

- Create and build a differentiated model for Strategic Hires to improve and attract good quality talent.

- Turn profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of executive search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other relevant methods.

- Partner with Corporate Leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives intensive market mapping exercises and by understanding the industry trends.

- Create and drive recruitment planning & build pro-active talent pipelines to achieve hiring targets.

- Develop excellent contacts building up the Vendor Channel for hiring purposes for various sites which has actually given an in-depth knowledge about different markets and the various intricacies involved in hiring and retention at various levels.

- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.

- Seamlessly integrate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders ranging from the candidate to the other Hiring Manager and the top management.

- Maintain complete documentation on candidates, searches, and interview feedback in the recruitment database.

- Manage MIS and real-time analytics of the function.

- Ongoing monitoring and management of team workloads to achieve optimal deployment of team resources.

- Any miscellaneous duties assigned from time to time.

Key skills/competency requirements:

- Candidate from MNC Consulting background is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience.

- Specialized recruiting skills for niche & passive hiring.

- Strong leadership skill: - Ability to lead large teams and to motivate/ support through ongoing dedication.

- Strong understanding of market trends & competitive landscape.

- Effective Behavioral interviewing.

- Strong Technical skills and conceptual knowledge.

- Strong analytical & negotiation skills.

- Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities.

- Proven track record managing senior leader relationships and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
