Sr. Manager - Treasury Services Lead

Oversee and manage team performing activities including :

1. Foreign Exchange (FX)

2. Cash Management

3. Capital Markets Reporting/Affiliate Finance

4. Debt and Other Compliance

5. Deliver high-quality work by supporting a broad range of Treasury projects which may include the main areas above including treasury technology, post-merger integration and organizational design

6. Support as requested with proposal development and business development initiatives for prospective treasury engagements

7. Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing industry leading practices in the domain. Work with treasury team to collaborate with banks to understand best practices

8. Drive transformation projects to consolidate, standardize & automate treasury processes in Shared services.

9. Advanced skills and experience with Treasury organizational structure and transformation, bank account management, financial risk management (currency, interest rate, commodity), cash flow forecasting, cash and liquidity management, bank relationship management, treasury technology, international treasury center, debt and investment management, governance, controls and regulation, hedge accounting

10. Better understanding of Technology & systems to work with Global Treasury teams in improving the processes thereby bringing more control, efficiency & effectiveness

11. Ability to lead & grow the Treasury team is shared services with mindset of continuous learning & able to drive the aspects of Six Sigma/ Lean/ Digital excellence to move the processes from current state to next level.

12. Possess Thought Leadership & able to partner with treasury team on future technology vision (SAP, Treasury Dashboard, etc.) and support the execution of that vision implementing technologies to automate processes.

13.Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure
