Performance Management :&nbsp; - Develop and execute end to end performance strategy with a strong focus on driving a culture of meritocracy, real time performance tracking, innovation and collaboration. - Driving end to end Performance management cycle - designing and executing objective setting, coaching managers to get the feedback closed and communicating results, while partnering with the HR Business Partners - Develop and implement ideas for improving the performance process and outcomes by collecting feedback and insights to identify areas of improvement and ensuring buy-in of the various stakeholders - Initiate Performance Management process during the appraisal Cycle / Manage end to end performance management cycle for the employees Talent Management :&nbsp; - Implement the Talent Management agenda including Talent Mapping, Talent Development, Talent Identification, Talent Engagement - Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent - Support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent - Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning, IDPs) - Responsible for defining career paths of employees and career progression(vertical / horizontal) - Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees - Crafting an internal promotion process - Responsible for design and creating competency framework - competency based assessments for promotions and career progression - Create organizational charts and define each position's responsibilities in standard formats Experience :&nbsp; - 4-6 years of post MBA experience - At least 4 years of core exp in Talent &amp; Performance management - Someone who has designed, developed and implemented Talent Management practices/processes - Preferably someone who has mix of HR consulting and COE experience in internal HR - Experience of working in growing organization with exposure of new age Talent/Performance practices - Full time MBA in HR from Tier I institute like XLRI, TISS, MDI
