Talent Acquisition Lead (Sr. Manager)

- To lead talent acquisition vertical, it's process and policies that ensure time bond quality hiring. To further partner with business leaders to align the functional objectives and build a robust process of talent acquisition.

- The candidate will be required to design and launch various tools and for attracting, cumulating and evaluating the available talent pool in the market.

- Should be able to supervise a team of recruiters and ensure that the team is working closely with business and other functions seamlessly.

- Sound managerial exposure and knowledge of labour legislations and knowledge of C&B structures.

- Financial acumen will be a must along with ability to interpret and analyse large data.
