One of our esteemed clients into manufacturing of API and chemicals wishes to hire the head of Production Planning and Inventory control for their business in India.

The incumbent would be responsible for complete planning and inventory control.

Specific responsibilities include :

- Spearhead S& OP planning meets

- Demand & Supply planning

- Monthly, Quarterly and yearly manufacturing & target volumes finalization and capacity balancing based on demand

- Production planning and scheduling of all SKUs,

- Material planning of raw and packaging materials

- Inventory Management and optimisation

- Working closely with Marketing, Plants and warehouses for smooth and efficient delivery

We invite applications from Supply Chain professionals who have experience in working in a controlled environment.

- BE/MSc with MBA in operations. 15-18 years of experience

- Must have extremely good communication skills to work with cross functional teams

- Experience in capacity planning, demand and supply planning.

- Must have understanding of sales and manufacturing in an API / Powdered chemical manufacturing company in a regulated industry .

-At least 5 years experience in central planning

- Good negotiator and influencer
