B2B (International) Marketing Lead | American Training & Consulting MNC
As a B2B (International) Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for global marketing campaigns, to achieve KPIs for global regions, optimize CRM campaigns & campaign driving new customer acquisition.
What you will do :
- Planning, executing, managing and analysing campaigns across online & offline channels (social media, search engines, newsletters) to achieve KPIs for global regions specially USA, followed by EMEA &
Asia Pacific
- Optimizing CRM campaigns & newsletter based on performance and engagement data
- Communicating clearly to management level with the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives
- Monitoring the rollout of different campaign that drives new customer acquisition, and providing a journey to nurture the leads
- Reviewing the attribution model requirement across all acquisition channels to understand the value of the channels in the user journey
What you need to have :
- 3-6 yrs of experience in performance & digital marketing for global regions, mainly USA followed by EMEA & Asia Pacific
- Willingness to work during hours aligned with the US market
- Ability and experience to work to implement strategic and conceptual thinking across editorial, content and campaigns is a definite plus
- Digitally experienced and understanding of the foundations of lead generation, digital advertising, and events
- Detail-orientation and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, assume ownership
- Good co-ordination skills and follow through
- Motivation and willingness to work overtime during peak activity periods
