The role is a Senior / Leadership position responsible for Continuous Improvement and Business Process Excellence. The employer is a leading MNC, based in Mumbai Key responsibilities include : - All activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit, from strategic as well as operational point of view for CI (Continuous Improvement) - The role would lead continuous improvement efforts across the site and lead developing tactical and strategic product, services and/or programs to support the business unit's goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.). - This role requires providing leadership to build a Continuous improvement mindset across Functions. - The incumbent will be responsible for driving business process optimization & transformation and for ensuring standardized reporting methodologies, training and sustaining knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools, driving accountability and providing support to achieve productivity improvements. - Experience from Manufacturing industry as well as Shared Services is highly desirable. - Master Black Belt, Six Sigma certifications is preferred. Experience as a Master Black Belt is a must.Full Time MBA from Premier B Schools only, with 10-16 years experience is a specific requirement for this role.
