- Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and administering a comprehensive total rewards strategy and programs for the Company - Drive the annual compensation plan including budget planning, annual expenditure budgeting, market benchmarking and salary planning - Define the job families by evaluating job positions, identifying unique job roles, classification and benchmarking - Drive Employee compensation Benchmarking - benchmark jobs annually and evaluate Salary Grade/Ranges to define pay ranges - Manage the hiring grids - campus and lateral hires - Define the Organization's Pay for Performance strategy, ensuring up to date and effective mix of fixed and variable compensation plans across functions and levels - Budget planning and forecasting for organization-wide for annual business planning and salary planning - Design the incentive plans as per functional requirements - Assist in the delivery of ESOP plans - new grants, monthly tracking, vesting schedules - Harmonization and streamlining of existing benefits & policies after employee impact analysis, cost simulations and market benchmarking leading to a high quality of employee satisfaction - Advise leadership and HR Business Partners in compensation-related matters - salary increments, corrections, offers - Lead C&B data Analytics - creating dashboard related to employee compensation & benefits, internal data benchmarking, periodic MIS etc Experience : - Full time MBA in HR from Tier I institute like XLRI, TISS, MDI - 4-6 years of post MBA experience - At least 4 years of core C&B experience - Have hands on experience in managing entire gamut of C&B activities - Someone who has designed, developed and implemented Rewards policies/ processes - Preferably someone who has mix of Rewards consulting and C&B experience in internal HR - Experience of working in growing or startup organizations will be preferred
