Primary responsibility to manage and coordinate a fast growing team of Delivery Partners across multiple geographies.. Key areas of responsibility: - Managing the Last mile delivery operations cost and efficiency - Building and expansion of delivery chain across state at district and pincide level. - Manage & monitor performance of delivery partners - Implement and build scalable & seamless processes - Work closely with Technology for automated process & product development - Manage P&L of the LMD vertical Requirements: - Should have handled geographically dispersed teams - Desired personality traits of being a self-learner, collaborator, hustle and extra miler. - Great attitude and fulfil promise to deliver solutions - Strong presence of mind and assertive nature. - Strong stakeholder management skills and be able to liaise with top management with ease. - Balance priorities of managing and inspiring teams of people, projects of varying complexity, and the daily operations of the business while maintaining focus on the work that is most critical to success - Ready to travel extensively
