Job Description :&nbsp; 1) Should have good knowledge of applicable land laws, rules and regulations applicable in Karnataka and shall have an understanding of various land records 2) Verification of records and documents pertaining to the title of lands proposed for acquisition 3) Preparation of Preliminary Due Diligence Report 4) Obtaining records and documents of lands from authorities 5) Advising management in land matters to mitigate the risks, disputes, litigations, and issues involved while purchasing private lands 6) Coordinating with Acquisition vendors and assisting Panel Advocate in the preparation and finalization of Title reports. 7) Shall get the lands surveyed by competent authorities and obtain survey reports 8) Preparation of MIS 9) Proficiency in drafting and vetting of various documents like the agreement to sell, sale deeds, MoU, Affidavit, etc., 10) Should get the land surveyed and do frequent visits to find out pending litigations in respect of the land. 11) Handling land registration 12) Completion of post-registration formalities including mutation and land conversion. 13) Applying and obtaining Certificates of conversion of Land from Agriculture to Non-agriculture from competent authorities. Should have a good rapport with Thalati, Tahsildar, Collector, and other revenue authorities, Forest department, Irrigation department, and all related government departments 14) Meeting various revenue officials to seek clarifications on the title related issues&nbsp; 15) Represent the company in any legal/court case and ensure favorable disposal of the cases in tandem with the internal legal department and project department. Work experience: - Experience in any of the reputed Project Development/IPP/Construction/Property Development firm. - Experience is Wind/ Solar firms should be a plus
