Senior Manager - Land Acquisition - Manufacturing Group

1. Ensure purchase of undisputed land (CA and Operations) through due diligence and demarcation with pillars/ boundary wall (for sustenance & Growth)

2. Prepare stakeholder management plan and collection of round data for preparation of social impact assessment report required for acquiring land under LARR (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act 2015

3. Assess the risks related to land acquisition and rehabilitation and cost of LARR for new Mine acquisitions

4. Audit of Land mapping and land Title/Legal documents across all locations and make plan for addressing the gaps

5. Optimize cost of purchased land

6. Monitor Land under litigation and take corrective action

7. Identify lands purchased but not in possession of company and take corrective actions.
