Key Responsibility Areas - Serve as primary interface and build long term business relationships with customers. - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors - Responsible for working with internal teams to onboard and integrate new clients. - Develop existing client relationships along with new strategies to improve sales and meet sales quotas - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Assist with billing and collections or payment escalations as needed - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Interact with clients, ensuring they are satisfied and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while paying strict attention to detail - Liaise between the customer and internal teams External Interface - With customers during sales activities, and business reviews Qualifications & Experience - Highly motivated team player. - Self-starter that has the ability to work with minimal oversight. - Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, both technical and non-technical - Ability to manage technical, business and sensitive customer issues through clear communications, broad awareness to independently develop resolution paths and manage their execution - Direct customer interface for dispute resolution/discussion - Telecom / Messaging background is a plus - Graduate/ Post graduate with at least 6-8 years experience. Technical background preferred. A minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in Telecom SW, exposed to voice and non-voice project set up. - Industry related experience preferred, with a thorough understanding of all domestic services, policy elements, trends and corresponding knowledge of internal process and business needs
