Senior Manager - IT Support
Key Responsibilities :
- Exposure to New infra network design
- Hands on experience in IT Support/Ticketing system
- Work experience in security systems such as CCTVs, Access Control Setup, Asset management, Data Security Protocols
- Candidates should have good leadership experience and have independently set systems and processes and a scaled team.
- Preferred candidates from SAAS start-up with high employee support culture , but open to other start up's as well
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
