Job Functions:
Strategy
- Work with IT leadership and VP to refine, document, and track progress on the IT Road map.
- Work with VP on IT organization structure and staffing models.
- Work with IT leadership and VP to define, build, and track scorecard metrics.
- Develop standard presentation approaches, formats, and standards.
- Develop communication decks for presentation to key management.
- Work with IT industry association to research relevant topics as identified.
Operations
- Develop financial management processes to control IT costs.
- Analyze monthly financial reports for reduction or improvement opportunities.
- Develop overall IT dashboards and KPIs for IT functions.
- Develop overall IT communicate strategy and work with others to execute.
- Work with VP on IT budgeting.
- Develop and manage internal (to IT) customer satisfaction process.
General
- Define a problem through consultations, meetings and analysis.
- Review and analyze information through different sources, reports, and research.
- Develop and present well thought out solutions and recommendations for management.
- Interview individuals or facilitate group discussions with management and employees to achieve specified outcomes.
- Develop plans and programs for change implementation in the organization.
- Act as key influencer within the IT organization to forward the direction and strategy of the team.

Qualifications:
Minimum
- MBA from a top school.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in management consulting or similar role.
- Ability to be a strategic/big picture thinker and have a strong understanding of how the interrelationship of processes, technologies, and people create results.
- Ability to manage the results of multiple complex projects that are high in complexity and scope.
- Ability to build processes that create operational value and minimize risk.
- Demonstrate the ability to think & work independently.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Effectively manage time; able to meet tight deliverable timelines.
Preferred
- Experience in Mortgage, Financial Services Operations or related domain of a large financial institution.
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders on strategies and plans and negotiate quality solutions.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and is adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to adapt to and manage organizational change.
