Senior Manager - IT Security/Process Compliance/IT Audit - NBFC

Job Opening for Sr.Manager - IT Security/Process Compliance/IT Audit role with NBFC Company based at Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 8 years with NBFC, Bank or HFC

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation and Implementation of IT Security Policy with the help of various stakeholders

- Creating Security awareness and eLearning training in line with IT Security policy

- Support and enable third party/internal security audit

- Implementation of security projects (secured VPN, web content filtering, DLP etc)

- Determine the most effective way to protect computers, networks, software, data and information systems against any possible attacks

- Coordinate with staff and heads of departments to determine specific security issues

- Responsible for vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments

- Ability to research security standards, security systems and authentication protocols

- Prepare cost estimates and identify integration issues for IT project

- Plan, research and design robust security architectures for any IT project

- Knowledge of latest security trends in - Data protection, IDS/IPS/Firewalls/ Penetration & Vulnerable Testing/Secure coding practices/Hacking/Performance Tuning/Encryption etc.

- Ability to work as an individual contributor

- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external teams

- Good communication skills
