Roles and Responsibilities :

Scope : Manage SAP ERP Cloud infrastructure and SAP Application landscape including SAP Line of Business Products (BW/4HANA, GRC BPC, Cloud Solutions SAC, BTP, IBP etc); Design and Architect SAP landscape; Plan Projects & Support Oaknet IT teams and businesses in S/4 Hana rollouts in various Process and quality control; application Integrations; IT Audit, Disaster Recovery; License Management; Patching and upgrade of SAP related components on cloud infra, end-user clients, software and databases; SAP security Roles design reviews; Manage Partners Security & Basis Team.

Overall responsibility of successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of SAP related projects and AMS support

Roles and Responsibilities:

- AWS Cloud Managing AWS including architecture, Performance, Optimization, Patching and security

- SAP Cloud Services (SAC, IBP etc) - Overview and integrations

- SAP Business Technology Platform (aka SCP) Admin, license and security and integrations

- Data centre Management - Data centre operations understanding

- Database SAP HANA good to have knowledge of Oracle, DB2, SQL server databases management

- Application SAP S/4 HANA Basis and Solution Manager good to have knowledge of DMS, LMS, OTM integration

- Operations Day to day SAP support operations, monitoring and critical incidents management

- Projects Management New applications deployment/ rollout, technology upgrades, migrations in cloud/data centres, Drive complex IT and business projects across systems

- Disaster Recovery Disaster setup, recovery, drills overview for all systems

- Change Management - Review of changes, quality and gate check for all migrations

- License Management - License review of SAP and related applications

- Security - Roles and responsibility review, design, SOD checks, VAPT, Fixes

- Connectivity - Local country site setups and assistance for SAP connectivity

- Performance and KPI - Performance management and KPI overview and controls

- Team Management - Team reviews for SAP admin, Integrations, Security and PI-PO, Local & international teams

- Partner / Supplier Management - Supplier processes, on boarding/off boarding, Escalations and delivery

- Budget - Budget review and controls, approvals and negotiations, understanding of CAPEX, OPEX

- Procurement - Purchase order control and review of contracts

- AMC - AMC review and renewal for responsible areas

- Audits - Internal audit reviews and fixes, external audit reviews for ITGC and BU Data extracts and co-ordinations, VAPT and Configuration review fixes

- Process - ITIL and Change Management Process; Documentations reviews

- Business Support - Interaction with IT and functional teams, Business for requirements, UAT's, support fixes,

- Month end support for performance and urgent fixes, monitoring etc

- Integration - SAP Integration overview and understanding of complex integration scenarios

- SSO (Single Sign on)- Idea of SAML, Kerberos SSO across technologies and services

- Strategy - Develop future technology strategy and assist with road map for future

Architecture -

- Clear idea of AWS architecture, Data centre, SAP technologies

- Good knowledge of Technology infrastructure including on premise and Cloud technologies

- Demonstrated experience in integration, planning, coordination, and facilitating data centre information system related activities such as upgrade of hardware and software, and implementation of internet and intranet sites

SAP Support and Service Delivery:

- SAP S/4 HANA Infra, Basis, Security and Databases performance KPI reviews

- Month end support and optimization for better performance

- Production deployment reviews and approvals for standard and critical changes on all systems

- SAP Admin and Technical team deliverables review and approvals

- Data Centre, Hardware performance reviews and KPI checks

- Weekly and monthly maintenance and health checks for all systems

- Audit review and closure for Internal and External audits

- Security and VAPT reviews and closures for oracle, sap and cloud systems

- SAP security roles and conflict reviews, SOD checks

- Ensure effective service delivery management, improvement and meet business and user service requirements

- Own and drive operations process for continuous improvements across teams on SLAs and compliance

- Create report for comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the IT service deliverables and agreements.

- Own and lead the execution of the process development and roadmap for multiple ITIL processes

- Develop both short- and long-term service and process goals and maturity levels to be achieved over the time

- Partner and collaborate with other teams to deliver a holistic ITSM program at multi geo locations

- Review, approve and enforce compliance & other IT policies in Service delivery

- Establish comprehensive SOPs, documentation, security tools and products.

- Provide leadership, mentorship and motivation to Helpdesk, support, operation and project teams.

- Ensure that users' satisfaction is consistent, collate data and drive action on customer satisfaction, inquiry, complaint, escalations, and work on development strategies to maintain or improve on the quality of service

- Hold weekly, monthly performance meetings with teams, resources, partners and publish reports

- Owns onboarding, off boarding process, drive automation, conduct joining inductions programs

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience:

- Minimum 8 to 12 years of related experience in a large organization at enterprise level, preferably in a Pharma industry, Manufacturing, financial company or IT company playing SAP Basis and Architect role with hands-on experience

- At least 8-10 years of SAP, infra support and project and support team and stakeholder management

- Good understanding of architecture and design, complex technology upgrades

- Implementing multiple IT infrastructure, IT Security, ITSM and process related projects

- Disaster site management and DR drills experience for DB2/Oracle/HANA and SAP applications

- Budget, plan and supplier management

Certifications:

Must have:

- SAP S/4 Hana Basis and SAP Hana Database certified

- AWS Architecture certified

Good to have:

- SAP Certifications

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study

Required soft skills and competencies:

- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to work with vendors and the technical IT team

- Experience in using all office products, especially MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

- Prioritizing and organizing work

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent presentation skills

- Change Management and quality review process

- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to professional continuous development

- Collaborating and partnering

- Self-starter, Self-Driven, Ability to direct resources that do not directly work or report to him

- Able to manage vendors in terms of problem tracking, quality, deliverable s, timely responses

- Planning & Decision Making, Innovative

- Calm, and even tempered in handling stressful situations that require composure

- Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
