Senior Manager - IT - Retail

The company started in 2007 with a vision to launch and build international brands in India.

They operate their brands through many channels such as mono brand stores, shop-in-shop stores, multi-brand ecommerce and mono-brand ecommerce. Currently they run a grand total of 142 brick and mortar stores and a robust Ecommerce and SIS channel.

Job Role:

Handle day-to-day operational issues for various brands

Develop and manage a Service Operations model for IT issues

Drive few key projects with the Head-IT

Liaison closely with the Central IT team and the senior management for operational issues as well as few key projects.

Required Skills:

Technical-

- Strong knowledge of either Point of Sales system (any POS) or SAP.

- SAP IS Retail

- Exposure to IT Infrastructure in Retail industry

- Knowledge of MS Project

Behavioural-

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
