Urgent Opening for a Senior Manager - IT Recruitment with an MNC healthcare company.

Location: Hyderabad

Exp: 10+ years of exp

Working Hours: 5 days, day shift

Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (Not a contract role).

FlexAbility is the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division of ABC Consultants. As an RPO partner for our clients, FlexAbility acts as the company's internal recruitment function for a portion of or all the jobs in the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Looking for someone with 0, 15 or 30 days Notice period.

Looking for someone with Strong stakeholder management Experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Project based hiring - bulk/new roles - Meet HM / work on action plan and define sourcing strategy.

- Submit Mapping and insight reports, specifically for new or critical roles.

- Day to day management of team reqs - governing from sourcing/pipeline/stakeholder queries/ attending weekly business calls.

- Leading business calls with LT and TA.

- All reports/ deck/DB to be sent prior to meetings.

- Twice a week req review call with the team.

- Billing- Projections / likely/ closed cases monthly.

Branding / Attraction.

- Coordinating with global branding team for creation of Job Ad GIFs.

- Working with external agency to get attractive job posts made.

- Posting referral/ LI/ IJP/Med talent/ Yammer to be checked weekly basis, if they are shared and ensure that all channels are utilized.

Offer Management:

- Leading any comp. related calls with team / TR/ TA and business

- Govern and execute the offer process with required checks and internal approvals.

Reports:

- Monthly referral report review and validation to TA

- Track joining tracker back to daily ops report

- Monthly relocation report review and validation to TA

- Weekly TA dashboard

- Monthly diversity report to TA lead

- Accruals

Weekly calls with:

- Agencies to track progress

- Recruiters & sourcers

- Business
