Senior Manager Projects (IT Projects) - Life Insurance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Understanding the user requirement and signing the BRD (Business Requirement Document) along with production sign off

- Drive A category projects like CRM projects and AMIGO projects with proper deployment as per the plan

- Drive Communication projects with proper implementation as per the milestones

- Can drive multiple A category projects liaising with respective stakeholders viz - IT , Marketing , Actuary etc.

- Should be on top of the projects with monitoring the health card sheet of the projects

- Drive for the necessary automation of process and activities done manually

- Should have the potential to utilize the maximum usage of allotted resources with maximum benefits

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

Qualification : Graduate (B. Sc / BE / B Tech - IT Preferred)

Work experience in years : 4 years +

Skills/experience required :

- Should have the knowledge and experience in Project Management

- Knowledge of Life Asia system will be an added advantage

- Experience in driving projects, understanding production issue & data patch calculation

- Should have interest and understanding of Product features , F & U for the requisite developments and set ups
