Senior Manager - IT Procurement Global Sourcing

Experience required :

Global Sourcing Experience For IT Categories is Must

- 5+ years of IT Sourcing/Procurement and vendor management experience - preferably for large global organizations within the Financial Services, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical, or Telecommunications verticals

- Relevant experience preparing MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs within IT spend areas such as Hardware, Software, and Professional Services.

- Demonstrated ability to manage a significant pipeline of deals/transactions simultaneously

- Strong analytical and communications skills: the successful candidate must elicit and analyze multiple proposals, create corresponding business cases (including financial reports), and present clear and concise summaries of recommended options

- Experience identifying and capturing sustainable hard savings in Sourcing initiatives.

- Interest in understanding the marketplace for IT infrastructure

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve effective compromises that preserve our business interests.

- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and vendors.

- Ability to generate support for key initiatives from senior management and other critical stakeholders

- Experience with competitive bidding (RFI, RFP, RFQ), vendor selection, and vendor risk assessment

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently

- Good communication skills and the ability to influence others through oral and written presentation.

- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Sharepoint and P2P platforms area plus
