Senior Manager - India Local IT Service - MNC Role &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; This role is with a leading IT company (MNC). Person will be responsible for managing local IT for 5+ offices across India and directly report into India IT Head. 1. Manage local IT support for offices across India. 2. Plan &amp; manage IT budgets in line with Local / Global strategies. 3. Hire, groom and lead team of local IT specialists 4. Evaluate new end user technologies for potential applicability in improving user experience 5. Provide status updates and communicates frequently with local &amp; global leadership 6. Set &amp; manage stakeholder expectations 7. Build KPIs, processes and drive functional adherence Key Requirement :&nbsp; 1. 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing local IT operations in an MNC/domestic IT company 2. MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certifications are preferred.
