Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure/Network Administration - Investment Bank

Our client is a captive of one of the leading Investment banking operations company, looking for a Senior Manager responsible for providing IT Infrastructure support for India operations. The role includes end user computing, IT Asset Management, Network and voice operations, hosting services etc.

Responsibilities:

- Define the overall approach for end user support. Align the team (people, process, technology) with the approach.

- Build strong relationships with business partners including senior level stakeholders.

- Monitor service level targets for incidents and service requests related to end user support and define service improvement plans as needed.

- Provide support to users in case of issues and service requests, through the regional support teams.

- Champion the associate needs with product teams to ensure products meet their needs.

- Engage with global infrastructure teams and drive projects.

- Focus on continuous process and technology improvement, identify enhancements and drive actions for improvement.

- Develop a team of highly engaged associates and help them build careers.

- Maintain relationship with vendors to run the operations seamlessly.

- Identify and implement best practices.

Candidate Description

- Technically strong in all areas of end user computing as well as supporting technologies

- Demonstrated experience in managing level 2 and 3 teams that support end users

- Background in multimedia and video conferencing support

- Experience in building high performance teams

- Experience in driving change and encouraging innovation
