Key Responsibilities :   - Manage IT operations and teams across global locations  - Oversee Processes, policies, standards, ensure Compliance and Security Certification  - Effectively lead large and technically complex efforts with cross-functional, multi-location teams.  - Collaborate with the Application Development and Support Services- Teams to plan the necessary resources  - Develop and execute infrastructure life cycle management strategy to provide secure, redundant and high performance technical infrastructure.  - Develop and execute company's long-term Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategy, procedures and capabilities.  - Negotiate contracts with vendors/partners and manage the relationships; including governance, compliance.  - Develop and implement metrics to monitor the team's success for on-time and on-budget performance.  - Develop and review budgets for the department and ensure they comply with stated goals, guidelines, and objectives.  Candidate Specifications:   - Bachelor's degree in Engineering   - 7-10 years of senior level experience with data center, server, storage, network, VoIP, SIP, Uniified communications, TelePresence and security technologies  - Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, ISMS/ISO 27001 CISSP   - Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with both internal and external customers.  - Capable of working in a dynamic environment.  - Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects on tight schedules.  - Able to adjust hours of work, priorities, and staff assignments to ensure optimal performance of systems is met.  - Strong problem-solving, analytical and conceptual skills.  - Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to all levels of the organization, including technical concepts to non-technical audiences.  - Strong participative leader who selects, develops, coaches and motivates staff.  - Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and ensuring that self and staff are trained on new technologies.  - Must be able to travel in India and USA  Suitable candidates may contact :   Tushar Uppal  Antal International 022-40634930
