- Generates new business and gives approval of new projects

- Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments

- Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement

- Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, formulate an alternative

- Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training

- Working with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff

- Driving the business to increase profits

- Targets and initiates business partnerships with other companies

- Managing quality assurance programmes.

- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.

- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.

- Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff, as well as with employees

- Success delivering customer facing IT support services in a high-growth environment, and solving ambiguous customer-focused problems

Requirements :

- Experience in IT Infrastructure Management.

- Previous experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, IT Service Management or IT Business Operations
