- MBA-HR with 15 to 25 yrs experience in manufacturing industry at Plant Level.
- The person would be responsible HR, IR, local compliances, union, Change management, General Administration, Performance appraisal, Learning & development, Legal, Welfare, Recruitment, Training, Performance management
- Know the Kannada language very well
- Establishing two-way formal as well as informal internal communication channels to bring transparency in industrial relation system.
- Advising & representing management in matters before Courts & Tribunals; institutionalizing sustainable IR policies which are in long-term interest of the organization
- Negotiating and amicable settling of issues among the workmen, staff, officers, managers and unions arising due to time office, salary & wage administration matters.
