Senior Manager - Investor Relations - Real Estate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Should have handled IPO and the entire cycle of IPO from DRHP to the listing process.

- Valuations, Financial Analysis for Investors, and analyst during the IPO process

- Should have handled Equity analyst post-listing and handled investor relations for the last 4-5 years.

- Work on equity fundraising transactions as and when undertaken by the Company.

- Working on financial models, feasibility studies, and business/asset valuations for REIT Listing

- Working on business projections

- Interacting with investors, analysts, etc.

- Working on Investor Communication - Investor Updates / Presentations

- Working on various presentations for the Management and others Business Intelligence / Research

- Providing Management with a synopsis of all research released by various broking houses/research institutions.

- Carry out desktop evaluation of various real estate companies in and outside India for possible investment.

- Benchmarking the group cos with domestic and international real estate, hospitality, and retail companies

- Tracking all real estate transactions - Land deals, PE investments, Asset exits etc.

- Tracking all economic data, real estate regulatory changes, monetary policy changes, etc.

- At least 15 years of work-ex in the area of

- Investor Relations or

- Equity Research

- Investment Banking

- Should have worked on business/asset valuations.

- Should possess good financial modeling skills.

- Must: Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
