Senior Manager - Investor Relations - IT

Investor Relations is a strategic management responsibility, integrating finance, communication, marketing and regulatory compliances and enables the most effective two way communication between a company, the financial community and other constituencies

Playing a key role in conceptualizing and driving the corporate positioning strategy for the company"

1. Effective coordination with analysts/ investors (For Initiating coverage, post earnings report feedback, doubt clarifications, investor communications)

2. Organizing/attending conferences, roadshows and any differentiated financial media presence

3. Investor communication - Preparation of FAQs, investor/analyst background analysis, attending meetings and maintenance of minutes/queries

4. Preparing reports pertaining to stock price movement & shareholding pattern on a periodical basis and sharing takeaways/insights on the same

5. Provide IR analytics for shareholder targeting, brokers targeting, shareholding analysis, etc

6. Maintenance of database pertaining to financials & non-financials parameters, Investors universe & Queries database

7. Preparation of internal IR reports for quarterly results and ensuring smooth conduct of earnings call

8. Peer/Competitor analysis - Financials, Stock price and shareholding

9. Hosting the Annual Analyst/Investors Meet

10.Preparation of Board presentation

11.Involved in Merger & Acquisition activities & other strategic engagements
