Description:

Investor Communication:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.

- Prepare and maintain accurate and compelling investor presentations, reports, and communication materials.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders, ensuring timely and transparent communication.

Financial Analysis:

- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.

- Provide insights and analysis on financial performance and market trends to support investor communication.

- Assist in financial modeling and forecasting to guide investment decisions.

Earnings Calls and Events:

- Coordinate and manage quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, and other investor-related events.

- Prepare scripts, presentations, and Q&A materials for earnings calls and presentations.

Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the company.

Shareholder Relations:

- Monitor shareholder activity and maintain an up-to-date shareholder database.

- Address shareholder inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment in communication and strategy.

- Work with executive leadership to provide insights into investor sentiment and market perceptions.

Profile :

- 2-5 years of experience in Investor Relations and FP&A, preferably in the Consumer Tech or Internet Startup sector.

- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven experience in managing investor relations programs and events.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to investor relations.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
