Hiring for Senior Manager - Investment Operations

Location: Lower Parel

Sal : up to 16 LPA

Regular Shift /5 days working/2 Week offs

Qual : CA with 3 -7 years of experience in Net Asset Value, Derivative, Equity, Mutual Funds, debt, etc and from Insurance domain only can apply.

- Only Domestic Mutual Funds Market Experience.

Role Summary : Responsible for Timely release of daily cash flow, Zero deal failure -to ensure that there is no single deal failure reported. Correct Accounting treatment and Valuation for all the asset classes. Good knowledge of settlement of equity, bonds and derivative asset class.

- Daily Settlement operations for various asset class like debt, equity, mutual funds, CBLO and derivate asset class (IRF, IRS and FRA)

- Determine daily liquidity requirements for the Treasury dealers.

- Liaise with counterparties and custodian in relation to all daily settlements.

- Determine Margin requirements for Equity settlements and accounting the same in Cash flow.

- Ensure day end bank balances for all funds are positive adhering to regulatory requirement of IRDA.

- Primary deal operations & settlement like IPOs, PE funds, anchor issues, ASBA FD's.

- Complying with KYC norms with various agencies for trade executions.

- RBI -NDS reconciliation for interest receipts and trades with our system holding.

- Cash Flow forecasting for T+1 for ensuring enough liquidity and cash position.

- Bank Reconciliation for 3 way recon between Bank, Cash Flow & system balance.

- UIN- SFIN recon pursuant to IRDA regulations.

- Inter scheme checking in guideline with internal Valuation committee approval and IRDA rules.

- Holding position recon between Investment system and custody.

- Mutual Fund pricing and valuation on daily basis.

- Company receipts - interest, dividend verification and posting into Investment system.

- UMR preparation and checking and accounting into Investment system for unitization and NAV.

- Dividend accrual on ex-date basis.
