Senior Manager - Investment Banking Settlement Operations

Role - Job holder will be responsible for Equity/Fixed income settlements department covering a variety of financial products across European domestic markets which includes UK Domestic (Crest), Italy, Spain, France, Greece and Belgium as well as emerging and Scandinavian markets.

- Will be responsible for activities in Agent clear, Euro Clear, Ex-Moves, UK Domestic, Market Portfolio Settlements, Emerging markets and Reconciliations etc.,

- In addition will be responsible for providing management information (MI) to senior management, lead and drive the identification of process improvements etc.,

Desired skill set:-

- Looking for candidates who has exposure in working with/for Investment Banking clients with End to end exposure in managing Settlements Operations (Fixed, Equity, Trade etc.,)

- Should have experience in Buy-in regulations, Exchange deliveries, corporate action trade, dealing with transaction and position level Reconciliations etc.,

- Should have people management and stakeholder management skills.

- Should be open to work with shifts.
