Senior Manager Finance (Internal Controls) - FMCG

- Responsible to drive organizational compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX 404). The role also acts as a key liaison between management and the external auditor and drives accountability for governance activities in the AMEA region.

- Collaborative partner with the business, GBS, and Corporate to meet SOX requirements and reporting.

- SOX Programme

- Communication and tracking of deliverables completion

- Documentation scrubs

- Testing

- Own scrubs/ testing/ review for select markets/ areas

- Multipro

- AMEA Corporate

- Others as identified in risk reviews

- Drive/ support and validate deficiency remediation

- Targeted review of testing for quality and feedback to tester

- Review, analysis, and reporting on SOX 404 SAD items

- Trainings and capability building

- System administration

- Access appropriateness & SOD conflict reviews

- Closure of SAD workstream

- Owner assignment/ reassignment (as needed)

- Troubleshooting (as needed)

- Internal Audit

- Drive/ support and track deficiency remediation

- AS5 review of IA identified SADs

- Link with IA on specific audit issues (as needed)

- Day-to-day control/ process/ accounting policy queries

- Support audits (as needed)

- Finance Committee Meeting stakeholder

- Account reconciliation completion, quality, and metrics

- Other SOX Governance activities and deliverables as directed by Director, Global Controls

- Strategy and Governance

Preferred Education & Experience:

- A degree holder in Accounting or Finance CPA/ CIA certifications would be advantageous

- Minimum 3 years of audit or financial controlling working experience (FMCG industry preferably)

- Able to communicate effectively in English (strong oral and written communication skills).

- Strong leadership, management, strategic planning and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of organizational skills to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels in the organization

- Proficient in SAP and MS Excel
