Job Responsibilities :

- Leading the communication and branding from an employee perspective.

- Devising strategies for communicating the Brand philosophy via various mediums for employees.

- Implementing and measuring the communication actions with the aim to continuously improve their quality and efficiency.

- Creating an integrated Social Media architecture for positioning the employer brand.

- Exploring new media for brand communications.

- Event Management for internal facing events.

- Ensure integrated communication via digital and mobile mediums for existing, potential and retired employees.

Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be an MBA (Marketing/HR) or Masters in Mass Communication, with about 8-10 years of experience in Internal Communications.
