Senior Manager - Internal Communication

Job Location- Gurgaon

The Senior Manager will provide a broad range of communications and Strategic support to the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Internal Communication to all employees, dealer network and other partners

- Management of daily media reports, newsletters, monthly reports, event updates, webcasts for all employees, dealer network and other partners

- Set-up and management of an Intranet platform for all employees to access information

- Preparation and dissemination of messages from the leadership team

- Experience in developing communications strategy, working with senior executives and business unit managers.

- Execute communications strategy/plans that help drive the business units strategic and organizational growth goals, including channels and tools to reach target audiences with key messages.

- Develop & implement communications initiatives, channels and toolkits to engage, educate and inspire employees/users on major initiatives.

Skills Required

- 12+ years of experience in the field of communications including internal and corporate communications

- Proven ability to develop and lead the implementation of communications plans and activities.

- Good command of English so as to draft business leadership and internal messages.
