Senior Manager - Internal Audit - CA - Manufacturing

Position: Sr Manager Internal Audit

Location: Mumbai

Requirement:

Should be CA compulsory

- Should have experience in Plant Audit and Sales Audit

- Should be working currently in any manufacturing company

Job Description :

- Internal Audit and Reporting for Plant & Sales Office locations and centralized processes at Head Office - including follow up of earlier internal audits

- Conduct detailed analysis in selected areas to ensure cost reduction - Across Plants, and Sales offices and Head Office

- Understand business processes - Create SOPs for various processes across functions, ensure their implementation and continuous monitoring for adherence.

- Conduct Internal Financial Controls related walkthrough and testing of financial as well as operating controls.

- Review of accounting & commercial controls to bring improvements therein

- Communicate effectively in writing and orally; maintain objectivity. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong people management skill

- Navigate SAP to extract, analyze data and draw conclusions

- System Development projects e.g.: driving ERP implementation, Business Analysis tools

- Conduct training programs at appropriate levels to create awareness of internal audit and risk

- To carry out Special Assignments that may be required from time to time
