Ideal Candidate:
- Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful
- B2B sales experience is a must
- The candidate may have worked with a insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
- Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
- A strong problem-solving approach
- Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
- Drive to build a large business and progress withing organization.
- Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
