Senior Manager - Instructional Design and Learning Strategy, Technology, LMS- Global L&D A leading FMCG client with its Shared Services Centre based in Mumbai is looking for a Senior L & D Manager. The responsibilities will include the following: - Creating, monitoring and improving L&D processes that support onboarding, skill development and L & D for Supply Chain capability development at global level including support for launch of global SC University. - This role will be responsible for all processes related to Learning management systems, reporting, analysis, standardized course set up, curriculum management, content management, and will work in partnership with Functional L&D leaders to deliver their learning solutions. - This role will oversee the vendor management process - This role will have specific responsibility for sourcing and managing vendors to deliver content for critical transformation projects and be responsible for managing vendor performance. - This role will oversee the onboarding process administration for global SC employees through LMS system - This role will also be responsible for transitioning L&D work processes that can be centralized and automated out of the respective functions. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, Develop and lead the deployment of L&D process standards - Manage internal and external resources for content development and onboarding deployment - Administer and manage processes that monitor, track and improve program quality, vendor standards and onboarding of SC talent - Partner with function L&D leaders to provide required support for L&D processes (needs analysis, project management of programs, delivery co-ordination, vendor management, GBS/TOC engagement) - Provide Leadership and guidance to L&D leaders on transitioning L&D work that can be centralized and/or automated. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - 8-10 years of overall experience in Learning & Development of which at least 5 years in providing Technology enabled learning solutions.
