You will work towards generating institutional sales by identifying leads related to the buyers in private and in the Government sectors to ensure additional sales volume and revenue are generated as per the set business plans and targets

Your key deliverables will be.

- Performing sales activities to achieve market share and targeted volume in the assigned territories for institutional sales

- Identifying potential institutional sales customers, cultivating clients, following up on new business opportunities, leading new business meetings and closing sales to institutional consultants.

- Organizing customer meets, participating in trade exhibition and negotiating for closing of prospective leads.

- Developing list of key institutional customers using LTV and increasing vehicle percentage in their fleet

- Leveraging organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives.

- Customizing and strengthening the portfolio by developing new applications, developing databank and communications with testimonies from the customers.

- Developing monthly coverage plan for contacting institutional customers and increasing market share through Institutional sales.

- Introducing new products and maintaining existing product portfolios with the goal of maximizing yield to the company, simultaneously anticipating and meeting customer expectation.

- Working closely with different department team members to further develop sales opportunities and ensure availability of products on time.

- Essential and Desired Qualification. BE / MBA Mkg

Preferred Technical Skills and Certification:

- Good knowledge of financing and contracting processes

- High orientation to Innovative ways to identify new modes of creating a sizeable customer base

- Strong experience in building relationship and sales opportunities in assigned market segments

- Excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad investment knowledge
