One of the Asset Management company is hiring for Institutional Sales - Sr.Manager role.
Position Purpose:
Drive and the motivation to develop Institutional market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire corporate clients especially from SMEs, PF/Pension Fund Trusts, Religious/Charitable Trusts, and Promoters/CXOs etc.
- Execute sales initiatives in co-ordination with Head - Institutional Sales
- Leads new business meetings and close sales to institutional investors and consultants
- Leverages the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
- Engage and hand-hold distributors and advisors active in the target segment
- Coordinate with Operations team and Fund Management teams for solving servicing related issues, client meetings, market information and feedback
Role Requirements:
- A MBA with experience either in Institutional sales for Mutual Funds or Institutional Sales at a fixed income brokerage firm
- The individual must possess 8 - 10 years of experience and should have strong technical expertise in investment products
- The individual will be required to be a strong team player and possess excellent information management, motivation and relationship management skills
