Senior Manager - Inside Sales ( Lead Generation)

- Looking for seasoned Business Development professional with an ability to transform the inside sales function at the company. This position would be based out of Pune, Ahmedabad or Bangalore, India.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 -15 Years of work experience in managing Inside sales teams
- Relevant experience in technology company
- Proven Inside Sales experience
- Must have US market context
- Must have technology, digital and services context
Role expectations :
- Create a vision for inside sales to become strong remote sellers, lead managers and lead generators
- Define process, goals, transformation plans
- Accelerate pipeline growth
- Design a process, rigor, trainings, feedback mechanism for the teams for continuous improvement
- Engage with sales organization for scaling the output
- Recommendations for new lead generation techniques relevant for our business & provides analysis of lead generation/nurturing performance
