Senior Manager - Information Technology - Manufacturing Setup

- Manage IT infrastructure including operating systems, network, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

- Manage, train & develop IT team on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed. Maintain data backups.

- Analyse emerging technologies, hardware, software, and vendors to identify areas of improvement. Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.

- Initiates, coordinates, and enforces IT systems, policies, best practice guides and procedures across the organization.

- Should have experience in leading and managing complex IT projects in manufacturing & support systems and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.

- Determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
