Sr Manager - IT
Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing and reporting on Information Technology
- Audits, Tech Infrastructure Audits, Vulnerability/ Risk Assessments, Data Privacy and Information security reviews.
- Will be responsible to oversee and enhance the IT governance framework and maintain and review Technology risks and corresponding controls.
- Implement and enhance an effective IT governance framework to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Define and enforce IT policies, procedures and controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the development and maintenance of IT governance documentation, including policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to IT and business stakeholders on IT governance-related matters, including risk management, compliance, and audit activities.
- Conduct regular assessments/ audits of IT governance processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the adoption of IT governance best practices and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and other business functions to facilitate effective communication and alignment on governance-related initiatives including audit scope, protocols, status, issues, risks and recommendations via written reports and presentations
- Execute IT, compliance and regulatory reviews/ audits of systems, databases and other infrastructure components.
- Maintain documentation and periodic test IT application / general controls in SAP and other in-house applications and support in financial audits.
- Conduct/ review vulnerability assessment of system and cloud/ physical infrastructure including penetration testing of networks and web applications using third-party/ open-source tools.
- Perform data analytics to review processes, transactions and financial data.
- Tracking, compiling and reporting KPIs.
- Performing special projects, investigations, and other duties as assigned.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in IT governance and incorporate them into practices as appropriate.
- Manage a team of IT governance professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
