Senior Manager - Information Security  Role & Requirements :  - Responsibility for upkeep of ISO 27001 implementation.  - Business Continuity Management Sustenance.  - Central Application Access Management.  - Information Security Group MIS Management.  - Information Security & Business continuity plan Operations.  - Represent Information security group during external & internal IT Security & Information Security audits.  - Technology Risk Management.  - Team management skills.  - Ability to drive Application Security across Software development life cycle.  - Ability to lead security solution and implementation.  - Gap assessment for new technology assessments.  - Connect with sources who help update on current industry trends and security challenges.  - Weekly reporting to Chief Information Security Officer on the overall Information Security projects  - Managing and mentoring the team and developing them for future growth within the security department in addition to conducting performance appraisals, interviewing and proper discipline  - Contributing to the design, maintenance and execution of Corporate Security Policy  - Reporting on the state of Security of the computing environment to the Chief Information Security Officer   - Must be knowledgeable in RBI, IT Act, Companies Act, SEBI, Exchanges & other regulatory requirements  - Must be able to make appropriate recommendations (and coordinate implementation) on the design / purchase of security tools  - Must be proficient in identifying vulnerabilities and security loop holes in the existing implementation.  Education / Industry / Technology Background :   - B.E/ B. Tech/BCA/MCA  - Financial Domain (Capital Market Trading / Broking is desirable)  - Minimum of 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years developing and implementing security policies / best practices within a multi-platform environment.  - Need good project management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.  - Managing Security staff for at least 5 years in technical leadership roles is required.  Certifications :   - ISO27001 LA /Implementation/Internal Auditor  - CISA  - CEH  - CISSP  - PRISM
